San Juan River Basin Recovery Implementation Program Committees
Each of the 12 partners hold positions on two committees that manage the Recovery Program. A Coordination Committee and a Biology Committee are currently responsible for carrying out the work of this Recovery Program. The Coordination Committee is the only committee with decision making authority for the Recovery Program. The Biology Committee is a technical committee whose role is to provide technical support to the Coordination Committee, Bureau of Reclamation, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The Coordination Committee may establish additional technical committees if needed to carry out the work of the Recovery Program (Ad Hoc Committees).
